  13. Can somebody explain to be how to put a bitmap on top of a button( a bitmapped 
  14. button) using the dialog resource in VC++ 4.x. I cannot find it in my 
  15. documentation. Must be with the resource editor like Borland does. I don't want 
  16. to code it.
